Bassoon Straight Shaper, Thunemann by Reeds n' Stuff

The Thunemann Straight Shaper is a precision-made bassoon reed shaper from Reeds ‘n Stuff, designed to provide consistent, repeatable results. Made in Germany, the shaper is specially hardened to help maintain its shape and accuracy over years of use.

Engraved guide lines mark the narrowest point of the shape, helping you shape evenly from both sides toward the centre. Removable silicone tips hold profiled cane securely in place and help prevent slipping, allowing the shaper to be used with both gouged and profiled cane.
